Parking

As agreed, we will need parking for our two educators Ann Barrett and Jackie Wilson.

Catering

The number for catering is 20

 Water jugs on the tables. 

 9.10am Tea and coffee on arrival

 10.45am Tea and coffee and plain rich tea biscuits

 12.45pm lunch - A mixture of sandwiches (mostly wholemeal) with healthy fillings including vegetarian. Selection of sliced fruit.

 One delegate is allergic to shellfish.

 Replenish tea and coffee and water jugs

 2.45pm Tea, coffee, water and plain rich tea biscuits only

 Please could the room be arranged cabaret style with 6 tables with 3 chairs each.   And the tea and coffee station at the back right corner of the room.

 No projector or screen is required.
