Fundraising with the 200+ Club

The 200+ Club commits to paying out 50% of all net subscriptions as cash or cash equivalent prizes. 50% of the net profit will be set aside to fund good causes and club projects. 

Guidance

1. The draw will take place at the end of every month by two W-s-M golf club employees using an electronic randomiser.
2. The subscription amount payable by monthly standing order is £10 for per entry. Multiple entries are allowed.
3. Members of the 200+ club will be held on a register.
4. To be eligible to be a subscribing 200+ Club Member and/or claim a prize you must be –

i. Aged 16 years or older and;

ii. Be associated to Weston-super-Mare Golf Club as a member according to the club rules, or an employee,

iii. Be a partner or spouse of a member,

iv. Have paid at least one month’s subscription (£10) to the 200+club prior to the draw being made

The draw

1. All registered names will be drawn into an electronic randomiser.
2. Following the draw, results will be posted in the newsletter.
3. Prizes must be claimed within six months of the draw having taken place. 
4. Prizes which are not claimed within this time period may be added to the 200+ club reserves.
